1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking and using RhythmLab Studios' facilities, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Studio Booking and Cancellation

Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances with full refund.

3. Studio Rules and Conduct

• Arrive on time; late arrivals do not extend session time
• Maximum capacity must not be exceeded
• No food or beverages (except water) in the studio
• Respect equipment and facilities
• Appropriate dance attire required
• Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination without refund

4. Liability and Insurance

Participants use studio facilities at their own risk. RhythmLab Studios is not liable for personal injuries, lost items, or damaged personal property. We recommend obtaining personal insurance coverage.

5. Video Recording Rights

Clients retain full ownership of all recorded content. RhythmLab Studios may request permission to use footage for promotional purposes but will always obtain explicit written consent.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payment methods. Prices are subject to change without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All studio branding, website content, and promotional materials are the property of RhythmLab Studios and may not be reproduced without permission.
